- Official Launch: The scheme was officially launched in April 2026, but the digital portal for downloading the official government card is expected to go live in the coming weeks.
- The “Trust Card”: If you received a card during the election campaign (distributed by leaders like Smriti Irani or at local rallies), this was a “Bharosa Card” (Trust Card). While it signifies your interest, you will still need to complete the official government registration to receive the monthly ₹3,000.
- Official Portal: The government is in the process of launching a dedicated website (similar to the Amader Para Amader Samadhan portal) where beneficiaries can log in using their Aadhaar and mobile numbers to download their official e-Card.
How to Prepare for the Official Download
Once the portal is live, the download process will likely follow these steps:

- Login: Enter your Aadhaar Number and the Mobile Number you used during the “Trust Form” collection.
- OTP Verification: Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.
